Abstract

This Smart Office Energy Monitoring and Management System (SOEMMS) are developed for purpose to monitoring and managing the information that relating to the energy. It will come with the complete package to save all the data that relate with the energy at the user's places. Each of the users will have a valid ID and Password to login into this system. By login into this system, the user will get the information about the details of the electrical appliances, energy, officer, and also location of the electrical appliances located. The users will get the information of the electrical appliances and energy history too and will get to know about the people in charge on the electrical appliances and location by click on the ID of the electrical appliances and all the details can be print out as their references. In short, the users will know about their status of the energy by monthly and yearly by having the report that will display on the screen. It will display the energy consumption by per day also. The way of this system shown the effectiveness is by shown the notification when the energy use is reach the limit or level. The management can detect the energy uses by see the report and can see at the energy increasing at each period, time and date. In addition, this system will have the backup and recovery process which is using the import and export.
