Abstract

E-Learning is the system that helps user access educational curriculum outside the classroom by learning and utilizing an electronic technology. E-learning System with Email Notification is developed in order to strike the objective that helps the users which are staff and student to use and manage information efficiently on a website. Users are also able to use the system through online. In this E-learning System with Email Notification, the methodology used is Rapid Application Development (RAD). RAD model is used to develop a small business project because the component of model uses can be built in parallel. At the same time, the project can be delivered in short time due to smaller time scale. However, it also recommended for improvement by improve interface design to increase user experience satisfaction and readability, improve on handling data to overcome lag or delay from the result of large size data and some of the browser may not able to render the system page completely. Therefore, additional fix can be done so that the system is compatible with other browser. The system comes in two fold. First, it is always an ease for a company to have a website with embedded registration system. Second, it serves as marketing and promotional medium with public. Other than that, multiple language of the website will also increase efficiency of the website.
