Abstract
UALA LUMPUR: Fakhrul Razi Jailani has not trained since the Phnom Penh Sea Games early this month, but he was still able to break the meet record of the men's 10,000m walk in the second circuit of the Higher Learning Institution (IPT) at Darulmakmur Stadium in Kuantan today.
