Abstract

E-Undi is a web-based that provide a friendly user system for the public to vote during the election time. The major purpose of E-Undi is to create a system that is easy, clear, and efficient for the end user to use during the election in these Pandemic Covid-19 season. During non-Covid-19 season, voters will need to queue up for a long time without any social distancing and with a density of too many people at one time. Next, voters also need to wait for a long time to know the results of the election as the committee and organizers need to count the votes manually. Also, there’s a possibility of unresponsible voter to vote more than once which will lead to the unfairness during the election. Thus, by using E-Undi as the main system for election, its objectives are to avoid any close contact while voting and able to maintain the social distancing as voters can vote anywhere without needing to queue up. Next, it can ease and speed up the voting process in counting the votes. In addition, it can also able to avoid any unfairness during voting process. The methodologies use in E-Undi to achieve the objectives is by making it web-based, not only election organizers, but voters also can access the election anytime and anywhere. Next, organizers don’t have to count the vote manually as E-Undi will count and display the results to voters without them having to wait any longer. Then to avoid any unfairness in election process, E-Undi have been tested and the test passed without any voters vote more than once which this is a major improvement for every election process. By ensuring the success of every election day, these methods can benefit not only election organizers but also voters and candidates.
