Abstract

One of the primary concerns of the government in order to provide better healthcare services to its citizens is centralized healthcare. Unfortunately, due to the high cost of implementation in Malaysia, it is not feasible to adopt at this time. The JOMEDIC CUSTOMER SERVICES system is a mobile app.Digital transformation is making an impact in all sectors from social media to heavy industry all around the world. All sectors of the economy and society are being impacted, to a greater or lesser extent, by a wave of transformative. Of course, digital transformation has also reached the hospital. And with the goal of aiding the patient in getting the most of this digital transformation, this project has been done.The goal of this project is to create a health information system that will make it easier for people to contact medical professionals for consultations and treatment. The system is essentially a healthcare system that allows patients to search for hospitals and specialists as well as communicate with doctors.The goal of this document is to gather, evaluate, and describe high-level JOMEDIC SERVICES requirements and features. JOMEDIC is a smartphone app that connects clients and suppliers for on-demand services.
