Abstract
The implementation of current student school report card basically involves manual operation among the people involved namely teachers, students and even parents. There are greatly amount of possible problems will occur using the manual operations. The proposed project to be developed is an enhancement of that manual process which is entitled Online Report Card System of Secondary School (ORCaS). ORCaS is an online application of managing the academic administration of Victoria Institution, Kuala Lumpur and distributing the student report card. ORCaS provides much simpler functionalities that the users will experience on handling the student marks. ORCaS will provide 24 hours a day and 7 days a week service to the system users without any restrictions.
