Abstract
Modul ini mengetengahkan beberapa strategi mendepani tekanan kerja agresif marah di tempat kerja. Antaranya ialah pengenalan kesan tekana kerja, fakor tekanan, pembentukan tingkahlaku, emosi dan reaksi individu mengalami tekanan dan makna hubungan tekanan dengan reaksi individu.
