Abstract

The leader behaviour or leadership styles are important in influencing the followers’ job satisfaction in the organization hierarchy. The employees’ job satisfaction may affect the employees’ job performance in fulfilling the job task. The study aimed to identify the significant relationship between the leadership styles perform by superior leader in the public sector organization in Malaysia and the subordinates’ job satisfaction. The independent variable in this research is the superior leadership style and subordinate’ job satisfaction is the dependent variable. This research is using causal study design as the research design and the data collection will be calculated through quantitative method. The Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) will be the tools to be used to analyse the data.
