Abstract
This report describes the design and analysis of electric vehicle chassis frames for one seat. CATIA V5R19 used to design and analyze frame chassis of the vehicle. In part this paper, the design of the chassis the chassis included with roll cage to protect drivers. For the analysis, steel and aluminium was chosen as the material for each design. When appropriate materials have been selected and included in each design, analysis of stress and displacement will be issued to determine the strength of the chassis frame. The weight of the chassis are also taken into account. The burden is set to determine the strength and rigidity.
