Abstract
This research on Problem Based Learning will be focused on the testing of Game Techniques in Problem Based Learning on Mathematic subject at Politeknik Merlimau(PMM) as a case study The objective of this research is to design, develop and evaluate an education game for learning mathematics based on PBL. The research will focus on the Mathematic Engineering course and the subtopic chosen is Application of Differentiation. The respondents of this study are second year students who take Mathematic Engineering course. The course is taught for 3 hours per week: two hours lecture and one hour tutorial. The course is held in second semester of Diploma Engineering programs. This study is conducted through a multimedia game developed to examine the students' knowledge and skills in solving mathematic problem
