Abstract
Online Questionnaires Builder or OQB is an online survey system to streamline and simplify the entire survey process from design of the questionnaire to the presentation of results. OQB consists of an intuitive wizard interface for creating survey questions, tools for distributing the survey via email or website, and tools for analyzing and viewing the results by using reports, graphs and charts. Other than that it also has value added feature where user can create questionnaires that personalized to the target respondents. OQB is built for the use of researchers, students or any individual who wants produce questionnaires to collect information for various fields. As a conclusion, OQB is hoped to be turn out successfully as a useful and automated online application for creating and distributing surveys.
